[PROBLEM] Pingparsing not compatible with AIX anymore. Workaround found

Pingparsing external module has evolved and not working for AIX anymore.

Need to find something else to use, or make a dev myself.

I will check. For now, i use versioning when installing ith pip

/opt/bin/python3.8 -m pip install 'pingparsing<1.0.0'
