Assembly Fails on Solidworks 2019

Hi,
at first, great job and thank you for it. This pushes me to think about my ouwn CNC.
Unfortunately there are some issues with mates and dimension if I change the parameters in the text file.
I tested the metric design.
Could you please check it?
