Support golangci-lint fmt

golangci-lint added support for formatters: https://golangci-lint.run/welcome/quick-start/#formatting
It would be nice to use it in pre-commit.
What do you think?

Are you asking for something more specific? Maybe I'm misunderstanding the request?

I mean, when it really comes to it... You could just use the golangci-lint pre-commit or github action.

This repo provides mod tidy, mod vendor, build, generate, and unit-tests, but the rest can be done with golangci-lint.
