isTouch() not considering desktop touchscreen

I'm using this lib for a while and I forcing myself isTouch() = true because I only use it on desktop touchscreen.
I thinks it can be useful to consider touchscreen on windows in kiosk mode (in museum for example)

Yes, I've just spent a day integrating this into my application and then discovered that it won't let me swipe images on my Surface. If t ever gets updated, please let it work on any touch screen.
