BIDS Guidelines for Article Authors and Reviewers

So that publishers could adopt them in their guidelines for both authors and reviewers:

• for authors Aperture already has some https://apertureneuro.org/for-authors
  • related: Provide a summary statement at the end for papers to include bids-validator#219
• for reviewers we need to formulate guidelines to review BIDS datasets if referenced, and how to do that (e.g. bids-validator)

some ideas discussed

• for authors, refer to the BIDS version, corresponding zenodo documentation and DOI, along with relevant articles
• for reviewers, if the BIDS validator file is not available, consider downloading and validating the dataset
• for journal, consider requesting the BIDS validator file demonstrating datasets are BIDS valid, allows using BIDS dataset as keyword
