Logo & How to Cite : make prominent / easy to find

Per Maintainers discussion Oct.2, adding an issue to span a few points:

Key Resources for ppl to cite / boost BIDS - ideally findable within 2 clicks from the main page :

• BIDS logo --in an obvious place for people looking to make posters. the white/black visual identity variations ideally all listed there. I think we used to have this.
• Should inclue a sentence saying "Please use the BIDS logo on your posters" (it's important to ask)
  For reference:

• Graphics are already online here: https://github.com/bids-standard/artworks
• Icons also on the website repo (but not versioned): favicon, full logo

• How to Cite - this info should be extremely findable. should list the original BIDS paper (Gorgolewski 2016) as well as the newest (Poldrack 2024), and other core papers like BIDS Apps (Gorgolewski 2017). Some regular maintenance should be scheduled on this over time to keep it up to date.
• on the How to Cite page, include all the BEP/modality BIDS publications, to provide a central resource and give recognition

Other Follow-ups that aren't (yet) actionable PRs to the website:

• in the BEP process documentation @ericearl 's new WG will produce -- include a sentence asking BEP authors to add their own BEP paper(s) to our website.

not sure how more findable we can make it but I am all ears for concrete suggestions 😄

most of the non-bep papers mentioned should be in our zotero group: https://www.zotero.org/groups/5111637/bids not sure it is worth the trouble to list them again in the website: updating the zotero group seems more efficient
