Adding documentation for rules associated with sdrf yaml template #765
Description
The yaml is a declarative document of all the rules a template have. It would be helpful to have documentation for all these rules and the interaction between parent and child templates. This would aid in streamlining development as well as having a written source of truth relating to yaml templates.
