mzTab for DIANN should be removed

We implemented the first version of DIANN to mzTab. However, the code is buggy, and also the big datasets do not scale with mzTab.

I recommend removing the DIANN -> mzTab completely from the code; this will be solved in the future version. It is already optional, but I reocmmend to remove completly; The current pmultiqc doesn't use it anymore. This will help to clean the future for QPX and have fewer parameters.

Ongoing work in here: bigbio/quantms-utils#66; only msstats output will be produced for now because is used by multiple downstream tools until we get the QPX format out.
