TF-Dataset Licenses

Our license detector returned around 400 different licenses (SPDX identifiers) for all repositories. We have classified the top 30 ones as permissive or not but more licenses could be included if someone with a legal background is willing to go over this list.

Luis Villa has started classifying more licenses (first 150). You can find them under Permissive licenses v2
