Type ahead filter does not filter uppercased names

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Create new shipment
2. Type in the Driver picker the name of the driver that starts with uppercase
3. Note that the filter says "No items found"

Expected behavior
Returns driver with name matching pattern
