CSRF prevention

I have recently supplied a short update to the documentation on how the hx-headers attribute can be used to support a backend with CSRF prevention. I have another update on how the JS feature of the hx-headers attribute could be used to support dynamic CSRF token assignment.
I have the material available but wanted to get support before raising a PR.

I am unsure if the text I have prepared is appropriate for the documentation but is insufficient to be an essay. I think the best way forward is for me to submit a PR containing the proposed update for review, even if it gets rejected as being too specific/speculative.

Haha I know, though discussing a documentation change is always easier with the said change being reviewable, to iterate over it, rather than conceptually discussing it!
