enable setting charging parameters for Mini Coopers

Unfortunately MINI does not support either 'stop' nor soc settings. This is unfortunate!

Has anybody figured out how to use the combined parameters that must be set on a Mini? In the Mini Connected app you have to set all-of: a departure time, a charging window and DELAYED_CHARGING, with climate control optional. The charging window is kind of lame, because once the start of the window arrives, the end-of-window is completely ignored. What you can do is, if you want to charge for a few hours for morning and it's 11pm at night, set the departure time for 10pm tomorrow (you have to do < 24 hours), set the charging start for 6am , the end time doesn't matter, then have another setting that runs later to set the new charging window constantly into the future, and the new departure time = now + 23 hours.

Unfortunately, I have to use the mini app to do this, or physically unplug. I'd love to figure out how to do this programmatically.
