Idea for module: disable split notification shade on Android 15

Not every vendor includes a setting for this new "feature" of android 15, and "not everyone" likes it so much.. In AOSP 16, the possibility to turn it off has been given a dedicated settings screen.

So I think the relevant commit for android 15 is nitrogen-project/android_frameworks_base_15@fe90127 ..

Diving into the code of this "small" feature has reminded me how gruesome android code is and that I should praise all deities every day that it is not my profession to do android (platform) development..

There are so many threads like this btw.. most people are on samsung's one ui though, which includes a setting for this. Not AOSP-based ROMs though..
