🔧 build: 更新项目配置和依赖

- 在 Bing.Elasticsearch.WinformSample 项目中添加非 Windows 系统配置
- 在 Bing.Elasticsearch.Tests 项目中移除 Xunit.DependencyInjection.Logging 依赖
