build: 删除 DocFX 构建配置
- 移除了 .github/workflows/dofx.yml 文件，终止了 DocFX 构建流程 - 删除了与 DocFX 相关的所有配置和步骤，包括 .NET SDK 设置、工具安装等 - 取消了 GitHub Pages 部署相关配置
