docs: 排除 FreeSQL 项目文件

- 在 docfx.json 文件中添加了对 Bing.FreeSQL.csproj 和 Bing.FreeSQL.MySql.csproj 项目的排除规则
- 这样可以避免在文档生成过程中对 FreeSQL 相关代码进行处理
