build(docs): 更新文档生成配置

- 在 docfx.json 文件中添加多个新的排除路径
- 新增排除的项目包括：
  - Bing.EventBus.csproj
  - Bing.EventBus.Abstractions.csproj
  - Bing.Logs.csproj
  - Bing.Logs.Exceptionless.csproj
  - Bing.Logs.Log4Net.csproj
  - Bing.Logs.NLog.csproj
