Brian Oxley

I am a 30-year veteran in IT. I started in phone support for a DOS virtual memory extender, moved into system administration on various UNIX flavors, and fell in love with writing code including 10 years in fintech (equities, commodities, regulatory), and 10 years at Thoughtworks (consulting, coding, architecture). My first programming books were K&R, SICP, and the Dragon book. I like to write classical music.
