bug: date with Day does not match on some years

If you go to Past year for example: (2052/shrawan/24) it is present on Tuesday but if must be present on Wednesday. So these bug had to be fixed:

Actually this is known issue mentioned in this issue #15 .
I am thinking to re-use the configuration from nepali-datetime package by exporting the config file to have one source of truth to construct view in the calendar.
