Cannot sync Bintray artifacts to JCenter: "POM project file is not valid"

I successfully published 3 artifacts to my Bintray repo: https://bintray.com/alexshafir/ClassFieldEquality (version 1.0.0)

However, after I click "Add to JCenter" in web interface and press ok, I get "POM project file is not valid".

Running bintrayUpload did not show any warning.

In the end I figured out that one needs to add pom closure with specific fields to publications closure. However, I can't find any document that requires it.

In project wiki I published minimal script that supports publising on JCenter and uses latest components.
