Using the updated documentation develop testing protocol for Playbook BCOs

1. Build a playbook workflow using [their instructions](https://github.com/nih-cfde/playbook-partnership/blob/main/docs/user/index.md)
2. Save the workflow to the [BCO portal](https://github.com/nih-cfde/playbook-partnership/blob/main/docs/user/biocompute.md) 
3. Publish the BCO. 
4. Document the testing protocol and add to Playbook docs as needed
