Description
First off, thanks to the maintainers for working on this. It's been super helpful.
Describe the Bug
As far as I understand it, Nikon's XYPosLoop is much more general than simply imaging multi-well plates. If you want to take an image at multiple stage positions, which is a daily task for most microscopists, you are going to use an XYPosLoop. Anytime you add points, e.g., in the Multipoint tab in the ND Acquisition Window, you generate an XYPosLoop (which is just a coordinate list).
As such, it does not make sense to have the 96-well plate be the default, or any plate for that matter. If someone intends to use a plate, they can use the plate kwarg and the classes defined in bioio_nd2.plates as described in the readme.
Seeing an endless list of warnings each time I load a scene is somewhat annoying.
