How to translate Orange

Hello, I see the Orange team has made it possible to translate Orange, I want to translate it to Chinese, can somebody tell me how to start?

Thanks for reminding me that I still owe this. I've put some instructions to #6350. I haven't been doing this for a long while, and had some problems reconstructing it, but I hope it will work smoothly for you and anybody interested.
