🐛 Actions on save window is broken with this plugin and high processor usage

Description

Actions on save window is glitching when modern versions of plugin are installed

It looks even worse in dynamic than on this screenshot

Also processor usage is higher in idle and spikes even more in this screen

Last version without this issue is 1.5.2

Steps to reproduce

1. Install any version above 1.5.2
2. Go to settings, tools, actions on save
3. Scroll window up and down

Expected behavior

Not affect actions on save window
Not increase processor load needlessly

Does this issue occur when using the CLI directly?

@Arctomachine Your WebStorm seems outdated, try updating to the latest. Though the version is still in the supported range, it can be a bug on the IntelliJ side.

Also processor usage is higher in idle and spikes even more in this screen

Which process is using CPU? Do you have any screenshot of Task Manager or Resource Monitor?

Looked closer on processor usage, could be false alarm about idle difference.
Spikes during glitches are caused by main process, the one with project name and file name

Same problem remains - actions on save window is glitched beyond usability, but this version also refuses to work with outdated 1.5.2
