How to configure biome so that formatting a file in VScode does not create a new file overwrite when modified in the source file?

I use SVN to manage the code version, the current project is going to introduce biome, try to format the file with the npx @biomejs/biome format --write .\src\pages\Inspection\index.tsx command, and find that a new file will be created, which will cause the code difference information to be lost. How can I configure this issue?

This could be an issue with SVN, I tested introducing bimoe on an old branch of SVN and then the result of replacing the file instead of modifying it appeared. I'll close the issue first and test it further
