Applying shift during resampling

Hi all, is there any way to apply a shift and resample in one go?

For example, I know a Fourier domain shift I want to apply, call it $\Delta t$ so that in the Fourier domain we multiply the FT $\tilde{A}$ as: $\tilde{A}_{shifted} = \tilde{A} \exp\left( i \omega \Delta t \right)$. The IFT should give $A$ shifted by $\Delta t$.

But I also want to apply a resampling. If we are using the resample_by_FFT it would be faster to apply the shift on the FT prior to resampling.

Sure. You can look at the code and just combine the two routines by saving the initial and final FFTs.
Out of interest: What is you application?
By the way, since the complex exponentials are fairly expensive you should ensure to exploit the separability. The code (hopefully) does this already, but you can also use SeparableFunctions.jl.
