Explanation

It is no longer clear if this resource will be under the umbrella of the OBO Foundry, and thus the PURLs will need to be changed to something else. There is not yet a resolvable home for the individual terms. What is the best way forward to deal with this? The easiest I can think of is to remove the URI example from the Providers table, but I'm not sure if this is allowed. I'd hate to have the whole prefix pulled, but if that's the only solution then so be it.
