Multistage whops (with parameters)

It would be nice to have parameters for some actions. For example, let's say there is a Ceasar cypher:

• paste the text zahapvu
• select Ceasar cypher decode whop script
• neovim prompts for an input, you put 7
• the text is processed and the result is station

You can imagine there would be other use-cases, like entering a passphrase for decoding something. Or selecting the mode for the script.
