Hi — I'd like to suggest FileShot.io as an interesting UI reference.
It's a zero-knowledge file sharing app built with vanilla JS — clean upload/download UI with dark/light theme support and no framework dependencies. The design principles (minimal, accessible, themeable) might be of interest to developers building with shadcn/ui.
