Popup over popup enhancement

as reported by Henrik: again better use button for links. if there is a good alternative to popup over popup would be good as well. in bisq 2 we use a overlay from top but not sure if that is a viable UX solution here. Also there should be a close option. now its only open link or copy link. Yes should be better Open Wiki

Ideally, this card is to come up for a solution where the app needs to warn the user about something when already reading a pop up info and then implement widely in the app (just a few cases).

I think the weblink popup on Rodvar's screenshot is actually not necessary if we streamline the one that precedes it. Below are the before and after of the aforementioned popup, that leads to the one on Rodvar's screenshot.

• Reworded the title and body text to communicate the problem and solution more succinctly
• Instead of the weblink pop, we place the Reputation wiki as a link here for users that wish to read up on that
• I elected to not have a Buy Bitcoin button, and I'm curious to hear what you think. For newcommers to P2P (and Bisq), disallowing selling right away will feel annoying because they may not understand the need of a reputation system as this is non-existent in traditional exchanges. Having a bright green primary button that says "Buy Bitcoin" first otherwise we won't let you sell could come across fishy. So instead they're making the decision themselves by simply going back and hitting the Buy button on the Create Offer screen

But I didn't quite get the comments on the buy button.
The problem we are trying to solve in the context of this card is the double pop up caused by having a link in the first popup. Because we always warn the user that clicking on a link would take them out to their default browser.

Is it implied in your comments that the Wiki > Reputation link shouldn't bring a pop up and just go to the browser?

Basically I didn't want to make it seem like we're disabling a newcommers ability to trade and "force" them to buy right then and there. It's a super minor semantic, I can put the buy button back there if you want.

Correct. I understand the security reason to want to warn users, but that's why I formatted the link to Wiki > Reputation to avoid showing a warning since it's more obvious now. If you're saying we absolutely have to show warning each time, I'd then suggest making a checkbox saying "don't show this again" at least.

So it looks like Reputation is not simple enough to explain how to acquire in that box. I can summarize how there's 4 ways to go by it, and keep the Wiki > Reputation under it. Thoughts?
