Peers Avatar: Tap on peer avatar displays dialog with peer info

Specs:

• we need a minimalistic mobile-friendly design based on the above screenshot
• avatar details should be accesible from both offerbook and an open trade, every time a peer avatar is shown (ignored for "my offer")
• in desktop there are links to functionalities that we don't have yet (like Private Chat outside of trade chat). We might want to create several issues to implement this in an iterative way.
