Building reputation to be a Seller

Detailing from #599

• Since reputation building by Burning BSQ, Bonding BSQ need only Bisq1, it can be even done now without any code change in bisq-mobile.
• We can just add a Reputation screen (in Settings?). Since most info is there in the wiki., except for the Reputation calculator. We can just show the profile id and redirect the user to https://bisq.wiki/Reputation#How_to_Build_Reputation.
• Implementing the full Reputation screens as it is in bisq2, would be a overkill, IMO. Especially since most of the info is available in wiki already.
• For the other 2 methods Importing Bisq 1 Account Age, Importing Bisq 1 Signed Account Age, we need to discuss and decide if we need to implement in mobile.

Yes good idea! Currently we leave the user a bit lost when he want to make a sell offer and only refer to the wiki. We should add at least some minimal support and only supporting burning BSQ would be not that much effort.
