Settings menu and content

Currently we have settings as menu item but it contains User profile, accounts and about. I think we should find a more generic term for all that. Maybe "More" with a hamburger icon? The hamburger icon could even the expand as a submenu item, but to have it in a screen is fine as well...

The screen design could benefit when icons are added to the button bars. For setting and user options we can use the desktop icons, for accounts we might also have some old icons in bisq 2 available, if not maybe @axpoems can provide one.
About might be better "Resources" as in desktop as it might get more added like backup, trade guide, log file, links to bisq wiki, user agreement, etc...

We also could should add a Support button to provide the best ways to get support for users as long the support chat is not implemented. I think thats actually a highly important point.

Core should have more description like: Bisq library version. Otherwise ppl might confuse it with Bitcoin core.

I would suggest following:

• Change text to "More" and use hamburger icon
• Add icons to menu items
• Rename General to Settings
• Open user profile by touching user profile icon (maybe have it redundant as menu item)
• Add Support
• Add Network (network info)
• Rename About to Resources

Support

Once the chat and private chat is implemented Support should be just the chat and it will be main nav item.

In the meantime I think a menu item is best. Later once we have the chat those can be merged with Resources.

• Open log files - Bisq 2 log, tor log, Mobile app log (not yet written as file)
• Share log files and system report: zip all 3 logs, add system report with relevant info and share it. Open question how to share? Requiring that user has GH, Matrix, Forum or Telegram account is not good. I fear we need some Bisq network solution for that. A simple preliminary option might be that we setup an email address for such and then the email admin of that send the files to support in matrix. Not all users will like that but they can also send the zip to themself can share it in Matrix/GH...
• Backup, zip important data and allow user to save it to files.
• FAQ
• Bisq AI assistant (@hiciefte might have input on that)
• Restart and shutdown button

The share logs should be also offered in the error popup.

Option how to send logs to support

• When we have the chat+PM users can contact support agents directly, but we dont offer a feature for attachments as thats a dos vector. So the issue how to share larger file will not be solved by that.
• Add a support dropbox. Users send the logs to a node which stores the data for some time. Support agents can request the data. The messages are direct E2E messages not mailbox messages, thus not representing a dos risk for the network. Worst case the dropbox node gets dossed, but then users can fall back to Matrix, GH,...
• Support email which has a shared account among support agents. Tor friendly email provider. I guess thats the most realistic option as the drop box feature would require a bit more dev effort. And that could be kept as fallback also when we have this option later.

Option how to send logs to support

For your info Bisq 1 currently the following are regularly sent

• Chat logs (there is an option to do so form the support ticket, these are often <2kb of data)
• System logs (there is an option to do so form the support ticket, these are often ~10mb of data)
• images (eg proof of bank trasnfer, I think the limit is a couple of hundred kb which for 99% of traders is fine)

About 50% of tickets will include one or more of the above.

On rare occasions traders will send videos (eg showing cash being packaged), these are normally sent as a link to a file transfer site.
