Add overlay to tell user at first startup that it takes a bit until offers are loaded.

Currently a first time user will see 0 offers until those are loaded. This can take up to a few minutes in slow tor cases. Usually ist just 30 sec or so. We should show an overlay while the num offers is 0 to tell user to be patience until offer have been loaded from the network.

I do agree that landing on home and seeing those 0s is not good even if its a few seconds to see the numbers moving up.

Overlay is too invasive I think, user can still have a look and whats avail for them in the app.

How about showing a spinner on top / next to the numbers (and also in the offers screen) to hint the user things are loading / syncing
another easy option is reuse the animation on the avatar on those numbers / section

This one is a challenge from a mobile UX perspective @jigglypuff-bsq

Keeping it simple I would say from a user perspective is a "app syncing data" situation and they wouldn't care about all that tech specifics, they just care that the app is not usable until that finishes..

Maybe we could do a first version of an overlay banner saying "Syncing data" with a small arrows circle animation that triggers on landing and disappears automatically when offers start to show up? Am I missing anything there?

@jigglypuff-bsq JP have a chat with axpoems and Henrik, he is the lead designer of all Bisq branding and he wants to do a full UX review before release. I think he wants the banner in for network sync and Henrik is implementing it.
I'm aiming to generate a new RC soon so you will be able to install and have a feel of it and share your thoughts 🙏

@jigglypuff-bsq spinner looks good is the std we use, but the animation pushing the content with animation looks a bit odd to me at least.. how about spinner on top?
