User profile age not republished

Republishing was deactivated, thus after 30 days inactivity of a user the profile age is lost and they start new again when coming back after 30 days.

This was wrong. The user will re-do a request once TTL is close to exiry, thus we do not need the oracle to republish the data it has stored. The commented out code can be removed.

It though seems that there is still some issue as there are plenty of profiles with N/A or 0 days. one of the oracles run a quite old version, which might have an impact here. But requires more investigation...
