Factory Image 204 2.0.7b3

Hi all

I've tried to flash the factory image to my ESP as described in "Flashing Factory Image".
So far so good connection appears and it also downloads the bin.

However initially I see a message
"Warning: Image file at 0x0 doesn't look like an image file, so not changing any flash settings."

After resetting nothing changes. The display stays dark etc.
The ESP is working as I can flash other programs and use it properly just not with this bin.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?
I do not know what makes a proper image file for the ESP tool and what could likely be missing.
I might try different way to flash it but first wanted to raise the question.

Could you share with us your flashing process? Make sure you setup the correct target chip for the flashing as well

I've downloaded the factory default file for 204 version of the board.
Then I've used esp-tool with chrome as per instructions.
Using an esp32s3.

I made a couple steps since then as have connected to serial port monitor which showed me an error on i2c bus.
If I compile the bin by myself there is no more fault on i2c bus.
But I didn't figure out where to compile for specific board versions or asics. I am using board version 204 and BM1366 asic.
Can you guide me where to tell the compiler to build for this specific version?
