Merge #649: Releases: add 0.18.0
0b3c7ba releases: Fill in release date for 0.18.0 (Wladimir J. van der Laan) 8fb30c5 releases: Add magnet link for 0.18.0 (Wladimir J. van der Laan) 4f76e4e Releases: add 0.18.0 (David A. Harding) a80dc33 Download page: remove 32-bit Windows links (David A. Harding) e946d61 RPC doc: add 0.18.0; generated using RC3 (David A. Harding) 7c2dc7b Download page: Link to RISC-V binary (David A. Harding) Pull request description: Previews: - http://dg0.dtrt.org/en/2019/05/01/release-0.18.0/ - http://dg0.dtrt.org/en/releases/0.18.0/ - http://dg0.dtrt.org/en/download/ - http://dg0.dtrt.org/en/doc/0.18.0/ - http://dg0.dtrt.org/en/announcements.xml This adds the regular blog post and release notes for 0.18.0. It departs from earlier release in a few small ways: - RISC-V release added to download page; Win32 files removed ![2019-04-12-06_47_54_664871044](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/61096/56031997-f4c47b80-5cee-11e9-9e8f-1627aa88696a.png) - 0.18.0 added to the new announcements feed - Updated RPC docs are included in this PR rather than a separate PR after release - ~~Links to the 0.18.0 win32 files are explicitly ignored in the download linkchecker test~~ Edit: not necessary since it was [requested](#649 (comment)) to simply remove the links instead. #### Todo - [x] Update `_releases/0.18.0.md` with, - final release notes in the body of the document - actual release date in the YAML header - magnet URI in the YAML header - [x] Rename `_posts/en/posts/2019-05-01-release-0.18.0.md` to include the actual release date in the file name Note: In Travis, the `contrib/qa/test-binary-availability.sh` test is expected to fail until the final binaries have been uploaded. I suggest restarting the tests after upload and ensuring they pass before merging this; tests take about 5 minutes if Travis isn't busy. Second note: if Win32 binaries are uploaded after release, revert the commit titled "Download page: remove 32-bit Windows links" to display them on this page. ACKs for commit 0b3c7b: Tree-SHA512: 604659a2649906270c2398ec3207f84438556a988f6bfa843a8f41282a8bd516cec7139cbb77960941b9a92fb8d2f7eb1cc30d169dac39f7aa272a8dcb4d4a96

[
13+
{
14+
"height": xxxx, (numeric) height of the chain tip

26+
Possible values for status:
27+
1. "invalid" This branch contains at least one invalid block
28+
2. "headers-only" Not all blocks for this branch are available, but the headers are valid
29+
3. "valid-headers" All blocks are available for this branch, but they were never fully validated
30+
4. "valid-fork" This branch is not part of the active chain, but is fully validated
31+
5. "active" This is the tip of the active main chain, which is certainly valid
