  [ not(major >= 3 and minor >= 4) ] fails for '4.0':

  ```Python

  >>> if not (major >= 3 and minor >= 5):
  ...     print('This example only works with Python 3.5 and greater')
  ...
  This example only works with Python 3.5 and greater
  ```
