Merge bitcoin/bitcoin#29388: fuzz: remove unused args and context from FuzzedWallet

b14298c fuzz: remove unused `args` and `context` from `FuzzedWallet` (brunoerg)

Pull request description:

  `ArgsManager args` and `WalletContext context` were previously used to create the wallet into `FuzzedWallet`. After fa15861, they are not used anymore. This PR removes them.
