970cbc3 doc: Suggest only necessary Qt packages for installation on OpenBSD (Hennadii Stepanov)

Pull request description:

  The currently suggested `qt5` installs many unneeded dependencies, for example, `qtsensors`, `qtspeech` etc.

  Similar to bitcoin/bitcoin#29932.
