Merge bitcoin/bitcoin#31634: doc: Improve dependencies documentation

a759ea3 doc: Improve dependencies documentation (Nicola Leonardo Susca)

Pull request description:

  Initially there was a distinction between the compiler dependencies and
  other required dependencies (refs bitcoin/bitcoin#23565) but the distinction was
  removed (refs bitcoin/bitcoin#24585) which is why having two distinct tables could lead
  to confusion now.
