Problem to be solved: In eastern DRC, women are significantly underrepresented in the technology and blockchain sectors. The lack of accessible digital education, insufficient Web 3D skills, and exclusion from innovation pathways hinder their participation in the digital economy and decentralized projects such as blockchain.
Summary of the solution: Create a strong educational and community base to train, mentor, and empower at least 100 young women and at least 40 young men in the city of Goma through learning about the Cardano ecosystem, creating local educational content, and actively participating in Bitcoin blockchain initiatives.
