7b2975a doc: Update webchat URLs in README.md (Suriyaa Sundararuban)

Pull request description:

  #### What happend?
  Web links in `doc/README.md` redirected from `http://webchat.freenode.net?channels=bitcoin` to `https://webchat.freenode.net/#bitcoin`.

  #### What did I changed?
  * Remove URL redirection. (Update all webchat links.)
  * Use HTTPS protocol instead of HTTP.
