Merge #12251: initwallet: Do not translate highly technical addresstype help
fa7ecbf initwallet: Do not translate highly technical addresstype help (MarcoFalke) Pull request description: Help messages that consist of more than 50% highly technical jargon are nearly impossible to translate, so don't even try.
