Auto Take-off and Landing buttons

The tilt functionality is fantastic when flying with a phone, but it would be nice to offer an option to take off / Land with one button.

This is a harder one because it is not done by any other client. I might be possible to implement it with the altitude-hold functionality but it seems it will require some firmware work to implement the take-off sequence.
