At the moment I'd stay with Transifex, regardless of whether a better tool would be available. It works, it's reliable and at the moment there are so many more important things to do. |

I would've translated DAVx5 to PT-BR fully at this point, but Transifex is just really really painful to do anything (at least in Firefox or something). It's not easy to see things in a top view either, where in Weblate that's really easy. |

The translation into Swedish is complete but I can't find the Swedish language in the app. Is Swedish not yet included or am I doing it wrong in the app? |

Thank you for the hint! Our download script (which we execute before new releases) didn't download new languages, but only new translations of existing languages, so Swedish and some other languages were not downloaded. We will have a look at that and include the new languages. Internal tracking: bitfireAT/davx5#149 |

Isn't it a merge conflict? They have a rebase with weblate as priority thing now |

Ah it seems like you just merged it with a squash. Yeah, sometimes Weblate doesn't detect situations like that, and it will try to rebase its own changes on top of the already merged changes. On these cases you can usually just reset the repository and nothing should be lost. |

BTW also tried to fix up Portuguese to be a little more portugal (things that i found interesting, but this is still definitely a mixed translation, it might be worth getting rid of it to push for someone in Portugal to do it from scratch) Mostly word choices |

Option 2 I see a lot of people doing, though not necessarily with Weblate Couldn't you have the strings only, in the public repo maybe? Just have a separate file for the purpose of separating them |

Another thing is the list of translators in DAVx5 / About / Translations. While I'd really like to show them, there are practical limitations (for instance, is everyone mentioned who has ever contributed at least one string? Even if that translations has been replaced by another one?). I thought about embedding the Engage page in a Web view instead, with a message on top "Thanks to all translators" and if possible a link that shows all current translators (don't know whether such a thing exists on Weblate). Do you know whether such a link exists? |
