sync interval failing

icsx5 stops syncing the calendars after a while. I have tried changing the interval as suggested in one of the similar issues; this did make it sync again, but it stopped working again after a few intervals/days. Logcat does not seem to contain any relevant entries. Downgrading to 2.2.5 helps, so the issue appeared in 2.2.6 and is still present in 2.2.7 (F-Droid builds).

Since we can't reproduce it ourselves and you say there are no relevant entries in your logs, I am sorry to say that I don't know how we can help you ...

But please let us know, what you did in case you manage to sort it out.

So after trying to update to 2.2.8 it worked for a couple of weeks (long enough that I was certain I could reply "oh hey it works fine again" if I would have gotten around to it). I updated further to 2.2.9 on 9th of June but two weeks later (on 21st) it randomly stopped working again. It only happening after that long and not being immediately obvious kinda makes it difficult to get log entries from when the problem starts, but during the time when syncing doesn't work in background, there seems to be not a single log entry mentioning icsdroid at all in a timeframe larger than the sync interval.

After updating further to 2.2.10, it still didn’t work without action, but as soon as I opened the app it did a sync immediately. Will report back if I notice anything else different with the new version after a while.

Thank you. I have been keeping a watch on the sync intervals myself in the past few weeks, but it works just fine for me, so if you find something that would be really good!
