Revoke push subscriptions to shared calendars immediately after unshared

Currently those push subscriptions cannot be renewed, but they are still valid until they expire (last possible expiration time is one week after last renewal).
The push notifications contain only the information that something changed, not what changed, so this does not leak contents of the unshared calendar.
