[BUG]: Relative Panning Appears to be Broken

The relative panning ability seems to be broken. The packet‘s sent to the console contain the value as a floating point number, this could be the issue.
If it is an issue with floats and integers, transition.ts defines that floats are preferred when sending command
Absolute position of the panning works.
