Legacy ETC EOS V2.9.3

How do you get this working on the Legacy ETC EOS V2.9.3 as even with the Sample config it just gives me Blank Buttons on the "Encoders adjust by Wheel" Page

ON Latest ETC V3.2.10 it works fine

Thanks for reporting this.

I’ve now taken over as the maintainer of the module. Since this issue is quite old, could you please confirm whether you’re still seeing the same problem with blank buttons when using ETC EOS v2.9.3?

Going forward, I do plan to test future releases against legacy EOS versions where possible, so it’s important to understand whether this is still a current issue or something that has already been resolved by changes on either the Companion or EOS side.

If the problem still occurs, please let me know:

Which Companion version you’re currently running

Whether this happens with a fresh module instance and the sample configuration

Any relevant logs from the module

That should help determine whether this is a compatibility issue with older EOS versions or something else.

I am still having the Issue,
Its a Legacy ETC Issue,
The buttons are polling OSC but Legacy ETC isn't returning any or Correct Values,
But I have got it working by manually configuring the buttons to be pan, tilt, zoom etc

Which Companion version you’re currently running - Latest
Whether this happens with a fresh module instance and the sample configuration - Yes
Any relevant logs from the module - Sorry No Logs
